Terms of use
These terms govern your use of vertexresolution.com. They’re short because the Site is simple: it explains what we do and gives you a way to reach us.
1. Acceptance
By using the Site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
2. Information only
Everything on the Site is general information about debt settlement. It isn’t legal, tax, financial, or credit advice, and it isn’t tailored to your situation. Debt settlement has real tradeoffs, some of which are described in our Disclosures. Before making a decision, consider talking to a licensed attorney, tax professional, or nonprofit credit counselor.
3. No client relationship
Submitting the form, speaking with us, or receiving an evaluation does not make you a client and does not obligate either of us to anything. A client relationship exists only when you and Vertex Resolution LLC have both signed a written agreement. Until then, nothing on the Site or said on a call is a promise to provide services.
4. Using the Site
- You must be at least 18 and a resident of the United States to submit the form.
- Provide accurate information. We rely on it to decide whether we can help.
- Don’t use the Site to send unlawful, abusive, or automated content, probe or overload it, or interfere with anyone else’s use of it.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of any consent you give and for keeping your contact details current.
5. Ownership
The Site, its text, design, the Vertex Resolution name and mark, and all related content belong to Vertex Resolution LLC or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.
6. Third parties
The Site may link to other websites or rely on third-party services. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Services provided by our servicing partner or a dedicated-account bank are governed by their own agreements with you.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any result described on the Site will apply to you. Results vary. Nothing on the Site guarantees that any debt will be settled, for any amount, in any timeframe.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Vertex Resolution LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full. This section doesn’t limit any obligations in a signed client agreement.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the state where you live.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do, and continued use of the Site after that means you accept the updated terms.
